NEW DELHI, May 7: Adani Green Energy Ltd (AGEL) on Thursday announced incorporation of step-down subsidiaries for generating power using clean energy sources.
The new entities have been incorporated by its wholly-owned subsidiary Adani Renewable Energy Sixty Four Limited (ARE64L), AGEL informed the exchanges.
ARE64L Step-One Renewable Energy Limited (ARE64S1L) and ARE64L Step-Two Renewable Energy Limited (ARE64S2L) have been incorporated for generation of power using renewable sources of energy, the company said.
Part of the Adani Group, Adani Green Energy Ltd develops, owns, and operates utility scale grid-connected solar, wind, hybrid and energy storage solutions. (Agencies)
