Regular training camps core strength of BJP: Sat Sharma

JAMMU, May 6: BJP Jammu & Kashmir president and Rajya Sabha (RS) MP, Sat Sharma CA, accompanied by general secretary (Org), Ashok Koul, Lok Sabha MP, Jugal Kishore Sharma, former Dy CM, Dr. Nirmal Singh, Rajya Sabha, MP, Ghulam Ali Khatana, and former J&K BJP president, Ravinder Raina, addressed a series of organizational meetings at the BJP Headquarters, Trikuta Nagar, here, today.
BJP vice-presidents, Rajiv Charak, Rakesh Mahajan, Rekha Mahajan, and Rashpaul Verma, general secretaries, Sanjita Dogra and Baldev Singh Billawaria, former Mayor, Rajinder Sharma, secretaries, Reema Padha, and Pawan Sharma, Training Department in charge, Dr. Parneesh Mahajan, along with other senior party leaders and functionaries, were present in the meeting.
The meeting focused on strengthening the organizational structure at every level, reviewing ongoing party programmes, and finalizing preparations for the district-level training camps to be organized under the Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Prashikshan Mahabhiyan 2026.
Sat Sharma, while addressing the meetings, emphasized that the BJP’s strength lies in its disciplined cadre-based organizational framework and dedicated workers. He said that regular training camps form the core strength of the BJP organization as they help in nurturing ideological clarity, leadership qualities, and organizational discipline among party workers. He stated that the party leadership and workers must continue working with commitment and coordination to further expand the organization at the booth and district levels.
Ashok Koul, in his address, laid emphasis on organizational discipline and effective implementation of party programmes at the grassroots level. He said that the training camps are an essential part of the BJP’s organizational culture and are aimed at enhancing the efficiency, ideological clarity, and working methodology of party activists.
Jugal Kishore Sharma highlighted the importance of strengthening coordination among party workers and public representatives to ensure better public outreach and effective communication of Government welfare schemes among the masses.
Dr. Nirmal Singh stated that the Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Prashikshan Mahabhiyan provides an important platform for workers to understand the party’s vision, principles, and commitment towards nation-building and public service.
Ghulam Ali Khatana stated that BJP remains committed to inclusive development and organizational expansion across all regions and communities of Jammu & Kashmir.
Ravinder Raina said that BJP workers are the backbone of the organization and their dedication and tireless efforts have strengthened the party across Jammu & Kashmir.
