Rosatom’s dialogue with Bulgaria on new projects possible: Head

MOSCOW, Apr 27: Russian state nuclear corporation Rosatom’s dialogue with Bulgaria on new projects, including the Belene nuclear power plant (NPP), is possible, it should be based on common sense, CEO Alexey Likhachev said.
Rosatom is building a dialogue with its partners on a rational basis, Likhachev told the Strana Rosatom newspaper, adding that the same applies to Bulgaria.
“We believe that a dialogue on supplies, service and, more broadly, on the prospects of new projects, including the topic of the Belene NPP, is possible in the future. But it should be based not on ideology, but on common sense,” Likhachev said. (UNI)
