JAMMU, Apr 16: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has extended the deadline for filing appeals before the GST Appellate Tribunal to make the process easier for taxpayers.
As per a notification issued by the Finance Department, taxpayers who received appealable orders before April 1, 2026, can now file their appeals till June 30, 2026.
For orders issued on or after April 1, 2026, a standard time limit of three months has been fixed from the date of receiving the order to file an appeal.
