JAMMU, Apr 10: The Power Development Department (PDD) of the Jammu and Kashmir Government has placed 30 degree and diploma holder Incharge Assistant Executive Engineers (AEEs) of the Electrical Wing as the incharge Executive Engineers (XENs) on officiating basis in their own pay and grade.
