JAMMU, Apr 7: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has placed Manzoor Ahmad Dar, In-charge Executive Engineer of PHE Mechanical Division South Awantipora, under suspension with effect from March 28, 2026, the date he was detained by the ACB Kashmir.
The action has been taken in terms of Rule 31 of the J&K Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956.
As per the order, the officer will remain attached with the office of the Chief Engineer, Jal Shakti (PHE) Kashmir during the suspension period and will be entitled to subsistence allowance as per rules.
