JAMMU, Apr 1: The Drugs & Food Control Organization has delegated licensing powers to an Assistant Controller Drugs (ACD) in Jammu district under provisions of the Drugs Rules, 1945.
As per an order issued today by the State Drugs Controller, Sanjeev Kumar (Assistant Controller Drugs, Retail Sale, Jammu district) has been authorized to sign drug licenses and handle issuance of show-cause notices, along with suspension or cancellation of licenses for retail sale establishments, with immediate effect.
