JAMMU, Feb 23: President of India has engaged four Advocates of Jammu for conducting Central Government litigations before the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh and the Central Administrative Tribunal at Jammu Bench for a period of three years of until further orders.
As per the order issued by the Union Ministry of Law and Justice, Advocates Yatin Mahajan and Kanav Sharma have been engaged as Senior Panel Counsel while as Advocates Karan Sharma and Amullaya Gupta as Central Government Counsel for the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, Jammu Wing.
Advocates Karan Sharma and Amullaya Gupta have also been engaged as Additional Central Government Standing Counsel for the Central Administrative Tribunal, Jammu Bench.
