SRINAGAR, Sept 13: Chief Secretary Mohammad Iqbal Khandey has conveyed to all the Government employees to report back to their duties to mitigate the problems of the people in this time of crisis, otherwise action under rules shall be initiated against the absentee employees.
He informed the general public that the connection of those BSNL subscribers using post paid numbers shall not be disconnected for the next 15 days while the pre paid users can avail a free talk time of 60 minutes for next five days.
