MLA starts road macadamization works

BISHNAH, Feb 21: MLA Bishnah, Dr. Rajeev Kumar Bhagat here today started road macadamization (road strengthening and surfacing) works in the constituency which will incur an expenditure of Rs. 74 lakh.
The works will include macadamisation of a 9 km long road from Kothi Morh in Deoli to Rathana.
Apart from this, work on one more road along with the link road connecting Agriculture Office, Bishnah has also been taken up under City and Town Plan.
About Rs. 48 lakh will be spent on Deoli-Rathana road, while Rs. 25.16 lakh will be spent on the other two roads.
Speaking on the occasion, the MLA said that his target is to make Bishnah an ideal constituency where people can easily access basic facilities like education, healthcare, good roads, drinking water etc near their home.
