SRINAGAR, Feb 21: A S Sahney, Chairman, Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today.
Prof. Nilofer Khan, Vice Chancellor, University of Kashmir, also called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and discussed the preparations for the forthcoming Convocation of the University.
