JAMMU, Feb 13: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has signed an addendum to the existing Memorandum of Understanding with the Department of Telecommunications, Government of India, and Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited to ensure smooth and time-bound execution of the BharatNet project in the Union Territory.
