UDHAMPUR, Feb 6: A youth was found dead under mysterious circumstances at village Jakhar in Udhampur, here today.
The deceased was identified as Yashpal (26) son of Beli Ram resident of village Jakhar, Udhampur.
According to the police report, Yeshpal was found unconscious this morning on the roadside at Jakhar. Udhampur. On being informed, Police rushed him to District Hospital Udhampur where doctors declared him as brought dead.
Later, the body was sent for post-mortem. After completion of all the legal formalities and post-mortem, Police handed over the body to family members. Exact cause of death could not be ascertained, while Police have registered the case in this connection at Police Station Udhampur and further investigation in going on.
