RAJOURI, Feb 5: The police has attached an immovable property belonging to an accused involved in a narcotics case under the NDPS Act.
The attached property comprises a single-storey residential house worth Rs 20.37 lakh belonging to Nahid Choudhary, son of Mohd Shafi, resident of Rampur Talwal (Peer Kanju) Tehsil and District Rajouri.
The attachment has been carried out under Section 68-F of the NDPS Act by Police Station Rajouri following due legal procedure.
The accused has been arrested in case FIR No. 605/2025 under Sections 8, 21, 22 & 29 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Rajouri.
