JAMMU, Feb 2: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has accorded sanction for the release of Selection Grade (Non-functional) and Special Scale (Non-functional) in favour of Masood Ahmad Qazi, a retired Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service officer, with retrospective effect.
As per a Government order, the Selection Grade in pay level 12 has been released in his favour with effect from 01.01.2019, while the Special Scale in pay level 13 has been released with effect from 01.01.2023. The decision was taken following the approval of the Council of Ministers.
