Jakarta, Jan 29 : The death toll from a landslide in the Indonesian region of Cisarua has risen to 53, Indonesian news agency Antara reported, citing emergency services.
The landslide occurred on Saturday. The search for survivors is being hampered by extreme weather conditions associated with the rainy season.
The latest figures show that at least 155 people have been injured as a result of the natural disaster, with 80 remaining missing since the incident. (UNI)
