JAMMU, Jan 25: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha extended heartfelt congratulations to the officers and personnel of Jammu and Kashmir Police who were honoured with the Medal for Gallantry, the President’s Medal for Distinguished Service, and the Medal for Meritorious Service on the occasion of Republic Day 2026.
In a post on X, the LG also congratulated the personnel of the Jammu and Kashmir Correctional Service who were awarded the Medal for Meritorious Service. He said the nation holds the courage, dedication and professionalism of J&K Police in the highest regard and praised their unwavering commitment to duty.
