Samba, Jan 22: Samba Police has arrested a drug peddler in the jurisdiction of Police Station Vijaypur and recovered approximately 10 grams heroin from his possession.
A Police team of Police Station Vijaypur during special Naka at Rakh Barotain road near AIIMS residence complex Vijaypur, intercepted a pedestrian who was moving under suspicious circumstances. During frisking, approximately 10 grams of heroin was recovered from the possession of said person.
The drug peddler identified as Anuj Kumar, S/o Suresh Kumar of Daroi Daboh Tehsil & District Samba has been arrested and the contraband item has also been seized.
