Mayawati’s birthday celebrated

RS Pura, Jan 15: Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) today claimed that it will form next government in the Jammu and Kashmir in 2029.
The party organized a function at village Salehar in Bishnah Assembly segment  on Thursday to celebrate Party president Mayawati’s 70th birthday as a Jan Kalyankari Diwas. The program, presided over by BSP state secretary Tilak Raj Bhagat, was attended by BSP Central Coordinator and J&K  Incharge Nitin Singh as the chief guest. Party state president Darshan Rana and vice-president Charanjit Chargotra were also present.
During the program, strategy was discussed with state leadership regarding the upcoming Municipal and Panchayat elections in Jammu and Kashmir. On this occasion, former BSP state president Yashpal Bhagat and Jagdish Verma rejoined the BSP with their supporters, and were warmly welcomed by the party leaders.
In his address, BSP Central Coordinator and Jammu and Kashmir in-charge Nitin Singh said that today, the 70th birthday of the country’s one of the strongest and popular leaders, Mayawati, is being celebrated by party workers across the country, and in this connection, the BSP in Jammu and Kashmir is also celebrating the party president’s birthday as a Jan Kalyan Diwas.
He said that while the BSP will return to power in the 2027 Assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, the BSP will also contest the upcoming Municipal and Panchayat elections in Jammu and Kashmir with full strength. He said that the BSP will form the Government in the 2029 Assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir.
Singh said that the Congress and BJP have always misled the people, and the National Conference and PDP have divided people on the basis of religion and region. He said that the BSP is the only party that takes all religions and castes along with it.
UT president, Darshan Rana, vice president Charanjit Chargotra, Raja Singh and others also spoke on the occasion.
