JAMMU, Jan 11: BJP Mahila Morcha, Kashmir Displaced District (KDD) today conducted its first formal meeting. The proceedings were held under the leadership of the district president, Mahila Morcha KDD, Sujata Koul.
The session served as an introduction and orientation for the newly inducted Executive members and office bearers. The primary focus was outlining a roadmap for 2026, centering on the empowerment of displaced Kashmiri women and ensuring the door-to-door delivery of the Modi Government’s welfare schemes.
Addressing the gathering, Mahila Morcha KDD president, Sujata Koul addressed the meeting and highlighted the party programmes.
She said “Our primary mission is to act as a bridge between the displaced Kashmiri community and the Government, ensuring that no woman is left behind in our journey toward ‘Viksit Bharat’.”
The meeting saw active participation from the newly appointed leadership team, including Sushma Pandita, Fancy Koul, Jai Kishori Kaw, Khemlata Koul, Pinky Razdan, Supriya Bhat, Shashi Bala and Raj Kumari Pandit. Sujata Koul concluded the proceedings.
