RAJOURI, Dec 31: In a resounding display of political enthusiasm and organizational solidarity, the BJP Budhal new Mandal unit today, hosted a grand felicitation ceremony at Dak Bungalow Budhal to honour two distinguished leaders from the region who have recently been elevated to prominent positions within the party’s State Scheduled Tribe (ST) Morcha.
The event, which drew an impressive turnout of party cadre, civil society members, dignitaries, and enthusiastic supporters, showcased the surging political influence of the BJP in the Budhal Assembly segment.
Presiding over the ceremony, former minister and BJP State vice president Ch Zulfkar Ali commended Ch Shafiq Ahmed on his appointment as State vice president, ST Morcha, and Manzoor Ahmed Naik on being appointed as State general secretary, ST Morcha.
Zulfkar lauded their remarkable commitment to public service, stating, “Their elevation to significant roles within the State structure is not only a recognition of their diligence and leadership but also a powerful affirmation of the BJP’s pledge to uplift tribal and remote communities.”
“Unlike the NC which has failed to deliver and pushed J&K into an era of neglect, the BJP believes in accountability and grassroots empowerment. Our first and foremost mission is to strengthen the party cadre – every booth, every ward, every village – to ensure that the voice of the last person in the queue becomes the priority of governance,” Zulfkar added.
BJP District president Rajouri Dev Raj Sharma congratulated both the newly appointed leaders and emphasized that their appointments will strengthen the party fold in the region and help the BJP reach every household with its vision of inclusive growth.
Ch Shafiq expressing gratitude said, “This prestigious responsibility bestowed upon me by our esteemed leadership belongs to the people of Budhal. I remain steadfast in my mission to fortify the organizational fabric of the party while ensuring that welfare policies reach every marginalized household across the region.”
