JAMMU, Dec 31: The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change has promoted Chaturbhuj Behera, Indian Forest Service officer of the AGMUT cadre, to the grade of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (PCCF), Level 16 of the pay matrix.
Behera is presently serving as PCCF in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
