JAMMU, Dec 25: Jammu and Kashmir Police have arrested two persons wanted in connection with a theft case registered at Police Station Miran Sahib and recovered the stolen property from their possession.
As per officials, the case was registered under FIR number 153/2025 following complaint lodged on November 27, 2025.
They said post registration of the case, a focused investigation was launched by a team of Police Station Miran Sahib.
During the course of investigation, involvement of two suspects, Jugesh Kumar and Dheeraj Kumar, was established, officials said, adding that both were subsequently arrested.
On the basis of disclosures made by the accused during investigation, they said police conducted raids at different places and recovered the stolen property, including batteries, mobile phones, LPG cylinders and several other costly items, in a phased manner.
Meanwhile, further investigation into the case is underway, they added.
