Glowing tributes paid to Kashyp Bandu

JAMMU, Dec 18: The Nirwan Divas of late Kashyp Bandu, a revered social thinker, Tyagmurti, and lifelong torch-bearer of moral and spiritual values, was observed today with deep reverence and respect.
The memorial programme was attended by prominent social workers, elders of the community, and admirers of his life and philosophy. R K Wangnoo president All State Kashmiri Pandit Conference (ASKPC) addressed the gathering and paid heartfelt tribute to Kashyp Bandu, recalling his life of simplicity, selfless service, truthfulness, and dedication to humanity.
Speaking on the occasion, Wangnoo said that Kashyp Bandu was not merely an individual but an institution of values, whose teachings of compassion, unity, and righteous living continue to inspire society even today. He emphasized that such great souls remain alive through their ideals and the work carried forward by society.
Senior community members including T N Raina, Sanjay Bakshi, Ravinder Raina, P K Bhat, Moti Lal Pandita, R L Koul, Kamal Ji Koul, Chuni Lal Pandita, J L Pandit and other members also shared their memories and highlighted the lasting impact of late Kashyp Bandu on social harmony and moral awakening.
Floral tributes were offered, and prayers were held for the eternal peace of the departed soul.
