JAMMU, Dec 15: J&K Bank today organised a customer meet at its Dharamshala branch in Himachal Pradesh to strengthen its engagement with customers and understand their expectations.
A statement said that the meeting was chaired by the Bank’s Executive Director, Sudhir Gupta, and was attended by General Manager and Divisional Head Jammu Ashok Gupta, Zonal Head Kathua Suresh Kumar Chowdhary, and other senior bank officials.
It said customers from different sections participated in the interaction, which provided a platform for direct dialogue with the Bank’s senior leadership.
Addressing the gathering, Executive Director Sudhir Gupta said that direct interaction with customers helps the Bank understand their needs and experiences.
He said the feedback and suggestions received during such meetings are valuable and would be reviewed to further improve products, processes and overall service delivery.
He also stressed that customer service is central to the Bank’s growth and advised staff to focus on efficiency, transparency and courteous behaviour while dealing with customers.
During the interaction, Gupta patiently listened to the issues and suggestions raised by customers and assured them that their feedback would be considered to further strengthen customer-centric initiatives.
General Manager and Divisional Head Jammu Ashok Gupta said that customer trust and long-term relationships form the foundation of the Bank’s business philosophy.
He added that the inputs received during the meet would help the Bank improve its engagement and offer solutions suited to customers’ changing needs.
Customers appreciated the Bank’s leadership for personally listening to their concerns and described the interaction as a positive step towards building a stronger relationship.
Zonal Head Kathua Suresh Kumar Chowdhary, while presenting the vote of thanks, thanked the customers for their valuable feedback and expressed gratitude to the senior leadership for their guidance and presence.
