BJP Mahila Morcha holds introductory meet with new Executive members

JAMMU, Dec 8: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Mahila Morcha, Jammu & Kashmir, convened an introductory meeting today with the newly inducted Executive Members at the party Headquarters, here.
The session was presided over by Neha Mahajan, president, BJP Mahila Morcha J&K, who welcomed all members and outlined the organisational roadmap for the upcoming months.
Neha Mahajan conducted a detailed review of the ongoing Aatma Nirbhar Bharat programmes, emphasising the importance of collective participation, strategic planning, and enhanced grassroots outreach. She highlighted that women’s empowerment remains a cornerstone of the organisation’s mission, and stressed the need for dedicated efforts to ensure that women across the Union Territory fully benefit from self-reliance initiatives.
The meeting witnessed the presence of senior office bearers, including Poonam Gupta, Prerna Nanda, Santosh Sharma, Sunita Raina, Gitanjali Mahajan, Suman Raina, Anuradha Sharma, Rimmy Charak, and Shahina Akhtar, who shared valuable suggestions and reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening organizational outreach and coordination.
The newly inducted Executive Members – Praveen Arora, Sangeeta Anand, Veena Gupta, Kusum Gupta, Sunita Gupta, and Payal Khosla – were also present and actively participated in discussions concerning future initiatives, district-level coordination, and expanding the reach of women-centric programmes.
Reiterating the vision of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi , Neha Mahajan underscored that empowering women and fostering self-reliance are vital pillars of national development. She assured that the Mahila Morcha will continue to work tirelessly to advance these initiatives across Jammu & Kashmir.
The meeting concluded with a collective resolve to enhance organisational efficiency, deepen grassroots engagement, and work in unity for the upliftment and empowerment of women throughout the Union Territory.
