KATHUA, Dec 4: In a tragic and unfortunate accident, three persons of a marriage party were killed and two others were injured when the car in which they were travelling rolled down into deep gorge at Bhandhar road in Bani tehsil of this district late this evening .

As per reports, the accident took place when a car plugged into deep gorge in which five person were travelling to attend marriage party on Bhandar road.
After getting information, local people started rescue operation and found two persons killed on spot while another died on way to hospital. The two injured youth were shifted to Bani Hospital.
Seriously injured were identified as Shashi Pal Sharma, son of Hans Raj , of Mahanpur, Kathua and Mohan Singh, son of Khem Raj 22yrs.
The deceased were identified as Rakesh Kumar, son of Puran Chand resident of Gatti , who died on way to hospital, Jeevan, son of Balibhader resident of Sitti Kote and Vicky, son of Khem Raj. Both of them died on the spot.
A police team from Bani reached the spot and started investigation into the matter .
