JAMMU, Nov 27: Former MLC Vikramaditya Singh attended the 150th year General Council (GC) meeting of Mayo College in Ajmer, reaffirming the Dogra royal family’s historic association with the prestigious institution.
Nominated as a Patron Member of the General Council in 2024, Vikramaditya is also the only patron member from outside Rajasthan.

A statement said, at the meeting, Vikramaditya joined distinguished council members, alumni and senior administrators to review ongoing developments and outline future priorities.
He appreciated the institution’s steady growth, its commitment to traditional values and its adoption of modern academic and sports-focused initiatives.
