JAMMU, Nov 20: Jammu and Kashmir Police have attached a drug peddler’s property worth Rs 15 lakh in Narwal area here today.
A Scorpio S11, belonging to one Vishal Kumar of Boot Polish Mohalla, Rajiv Nagar, Narwal, valued at approximately Rs 15 lakh has been attached under section 68(F) of the NDPS Act, a police official said.
According to him, the accused was involved in case FIR number 295/2025 registered under sections 8/21/22/25/ 27A/29 NDPS Act and 111 BNS at Police Station Bahu Fort.
The attachment of the property was executed by the Investigating Officer, incharge Police Post Narwal, in accordance with the provisions of the NDPS Act, the police official said.
Pertinently, the entire operation was conducted under the supervision of SSP Jammu Joginder Singh and the direct guidance of SP City South Ajay Sharma, SDPO City South and SHO Bahu Fort.
