JAMMU, Nov 19: Showing its grave concern that nation has once again, witnessed a targeted terror assault in New Delhi, followed by another blowing-up of the Police Station at Nowgam in Kashmir, which was into investigation of New Delhi blast, Panun Kashmir (PK) today demanded a complete overhaul of policy that ends the selective economic appeasement of Kashmir, ends the State-sponsored facilitation of Gulf educational exposure, and dismantles every pipeline that feeds radicalization and white-collared Jihad.
Talking to reporters here, today PK chairman, Dr Ajay Chrungoo along with senior leaders of organisation, Shailendar Aima, Daya Krishan, Pran Koul Raj Nath Raina and Shiban Krishan Handoo, he stressed on formation of a strategic doctrine that confronts, not circumvents, the genocidal thrust of Jihad.
“The time for hesitation is over,. India cannot afford a State that refuses to name the war it is facing”. He demanded official recognition that Islamist Jihad in India is ideologically driven, genocidal in intent, and targeted primarily at the Hindus.
Dr Chrungoo said the primary objective of Islamist terrorism in India is the genocidal destruction and demographic disintegration of Hindus.
“Pakistan, though central, is not the sole source; Jihadist radicalization continues to grow from within the societal womb of Kashmir and from networks across India,” he added.
Every “security review” after a terror attack is a performative cycle designed to preserve the status quo and avoid any revision of strategic doctrine.
Showing his dismay over the Government’s diversionary tactics, he said
“We are again being asked to focus solely on the investigation of the Delhi blast and the explosion at the Nowgam Police Station and to expect dramatic gestures against Pakistan,. But for the internal subversive networks, Pakistan is both an ally and a convenient distraction, one the Government consistently falls for”.
The PK chairman said a clear acknowledgement that India faces a 2.5 front war, where the 0.5 internal subversive front is the most dangerous and the least addressed.
He said India cannot continue this deadly pretence. It must recognize the war being waged against its own civilisational core and it must act, not symbolically, not selectively, but decisively.
Dr Chrungoo said “Once again, we confront the intolerable reality that the Government of India continues to deny the genocidal war being waged against Hindus, a war, which re-invented itself with the genocide of Hindus from Kashmir in 1989-90”.
“For last 35 years, India’s strategic establishment has refused to acknowledge the obvious: that terrorism in India is not a security aberration but a declared component of a total, ideological war -Jihad. Terror strikes are only its visible edge. Its core, unchecked, unabated, undebated and unchallenged, continues to expand”, he said.
