JAMMU, Nov 14: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has assigned Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Anshul Garg, the additional responsibility of Additional CEO, Srinagar Metropolitan Region Development Authority (SMRDA), in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
