JAMMU, Nov 13: A local court here has rejected the bail application of a drug kingpin seventh time after the Government Railway Police (GRP) Jammu presented all the relevant evidence against him in a scientific manner.
Dinesh Kumar of Ward number 5, Rampur, Shamchand, Vaishali, Bihar, was earlier arrested by the GRP Jammu in connection with the investigation of a case FIR number 23/2025 registered under sections 8/20/29/27-A at Police Station GRP Jammu.
Kumar allegedly hatched a conspiracy of smuggling Ganja from Bihar to Jammu along with the primary accused in the case.
He was also wanted in case FIR number 231/2018 under sections 8/20 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Bahu Fort.
“After GRP Jammu presented all the relevant material and evidence collected in a scientific manner before a local court here, the bail application of Dinesh Kumar was rejected seventh time,” a GRP official said.
