SRINAGAR, Nov 4: In a move aimed at promoting transparent and sustainable housing development, J&K Bank has extended project finance facilities to M/s Royal Street for its upcoming residential project “Armaan Heights”, located along the Chandigarh-Ludhiana Highway at SAS Nagar, Mohali.
A statement said the project has received approval from the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), ensuring that all construction and sales processes adhere to transparent regulatory standards.
The agreement for project financing was signed by the Bank’s Zonal Head (Kathua) Suresh Kumar Choudhary in the presence of Cluster Head (Mohali) Vishal Pandoh at Mohali.
The initiative reflects J&K Bank’s continued focus on supporting credible developers engaged in regulated housing ventures that guarantee safety and reliability for home buyers.
Speaking on the occasion, Zonal Head Suresh Kumar Choudhary said that by financing well-structured and RERA-approved projects like Armaan Heights, the Bank is reinforcing its role in promoting responsible real estate development while contributing to regional growth.
He emphasized that the Bank’s proactive approach aims to strengthen confidence among home buyers and developers alike, ensuring transparency and quality in the housing sector.
The project, strategically located on a major highway, is expected to offer modern residential infrastructure with convenient connectivity to key urban centers.
