JAMMU, Oct 31: The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has given directives to the Jammu and Kashmir Bank Ltd to release the facilities including the loan facility under the staff category to the members of the Jammu and Kashmir Bank Employees Union Kashmir subject to the condition of securing such loan facility by tangible mortgage or any other security to the satisfaction of the respondent bank.
In its judgement, Justice Sanjay Dhar Judge of J&K High Court while disposing of the petition filed by J&K Bank Employees Union Kashmir vs J&K Bank Limited and Others through Adil Asmi advocate issued directives to the respondent Bank to release the loan facilities including loan facility under the staff category to the members of the petitioner union.
