JAMMU, Oct 23: Raj Kumar Raina, Deputy Director, Fire and Emergency Services (F&ES) Jammu and Kashmir has been promoted to the rank of Joint Director in Pay Level 12 (78800-209200) prospectively, with immediate effect.
The sanction for his promotion was accorded today on the recommendation of J&K Public Service Commission.
