JAMMU, Oct 16: The Government today ordered that the Darbar Move offices observing five days week will close in Srinagar on October 31 after office hours and those observing six days week will close on November 1.

“All the offices will reopen in Jammu on November 3,” an order issued by the General Administration Department, said.

It said the offices moving in camp shall carry only 33 percent of the staff strength in that particular office, or 10 officials, whichever is minimum.
“Special Move TA shall be paid at the uniform rate of Rs 25,000 per Move employee,” the order said, adding salary for the month of October for all employees working in the Move offices shall be drawn on October 31.
The GAD shall establish the Winter Secretariat at Civil Secretariat, Srinagar, the order said.
