UDHAMPUR, Oct 11: In a continued crackdown on drug peddlers, Udhampur Police has attached movable and immovable properties worth Rs 2 crore (approximately) belonging to notorious drug smuggler, Rafaqat, son of Mohd Shafi of Devika, Udhampur and his family members.
The property has been attached under the Section 68-F of the NDPS Act. The attached assets include three residential houses, two shops, two Bullet motorcycles and two cars.
The properties were identified as illegally acquired during the course of investigation carried out by DySP Hqrs Udhampur Prehlad Sharma, SHO Udhampur Inspector Purab Singh and IC PP Battal Ballian PSI Ravinder.
