SRINAGAR, Oct 1: The Jammu and Kashmir Police have transferred Neha Jain, a 2022 batch IPS officer of AGMUT cadre, from the Special Operations Group (SOG) Srinagar and posted her as ASP Headquarters Baramulla.
She will replace Altaf Ahmad Khan, DySP Headquarters Baramulla, who has been directed to report to Police Headquarters for further posting.
“In the interest of administration, Neha Jain, IPS (AGMUT-2022) SOG Srinagar is hereby transferred and posted as ASP HQ Baramulla vice Altaf Ahmad Khan, DySP HQ Baramulla, who shall report to PHQ for further posting,” an order issued by Mubassir Latifi, DIG Personnel, said.
