JAMMU, Sept 25: Registrar of Companies (ROC) for Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, Rajneesh Kumar, has been promoted to the Director Scale (Level 13) in the Government of India.
Kumar, a 2010 batch officer of the Indian Corporate Law Service (ICLS), hails from Uttar Pradesh.
