JAMMU, Sept 19: The Planning Development & Monitoring Department has ordered the transfers and postings of four officers of J&K Economics & Statistics (Gazetted) Service.
As per an order, Mohammad Yousuf Rather, Director Planning, Public Works (R&B) Department, Civil Secretariat, J&K, has been transferred and posted at Social Welfare Department, Civil Secretariat, J&K, vice Mohammad Yaseen Lone, Joint Director (E&S), who (Lone) has swapped his position with Mohammad Yousuf Rather.
The order further said that Bilal Rashid, Deputy Director (E&S), Power Development Department, holding the additional charge of Planning Section in Civil Aviation Department, Civil Secretariat, J&K, has been transferred and posted in Tourism Department, Civil Secretariat, J&K.
One post of Deputy Director (E&S) from overall cadre strength is also transferred to the Tourism Department for the purpose of drawl of salary of the officer till the implementation of SPREAD Scheme, the order further said.
Meanwhile, Abdul Qayoom Ganie, Deputy Director (E&S), posted in the office of District Statistics & Evaluation Officer, Kulgam, has been transferred and posted in Department of Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Affairs, Civil Secretariat, J&K against available post.
