SRINAGAR, Sept 18: J&K Bank today organized a customer meet in Noida as part of its strategy to expand operations across the country while strengthening relationships with its existing clientele.
The event saw enthusiastic participation from customers of Noida and adjoining areas.
The meeting was chaired by MD & CEO Amitava Chatterjee, alongside General Manager & Divisional Head (Rest of India) Khursheed Muzaffar, Zonal Head (Delhi) Rosy Tickoo, and other senior officials.
Customers appreciated the initiative and shared feedback on services, which the Bank leadership assured would be factored into future improvements.
Speaking on the occasion, MD & CEO Amitava Chatterjee said the Bank aims to derive at least half of its business from markets outside Jammu and Kashmir.
He added that direct engagement with clients helps the institution improve its processes, products, and brand presence in competitive markets.
Highlighting Noida as an emerging business hub, Chatterjee underlined the importance of strengthening ties with customers in such regions.
Divisional Head Muzaffar also stressed that the Bank’s expansion is focused on balancing growth with its core values of trust, transparency, and personalized service.
The session concluded with an assurance from the leadership to incorporate customer insights into the Bank’s ongoing transformation journey and reaffirmed its commitment to providing responsive, customer-centric services across India.
