JAMMU, Sept 12: A delegation of Vision Kashmir led by its president Sunil Fotedar called on Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner, Dr Arvind Karwani here today and discussed issue of NFSA forms which are affecting the community people as there is no mention of Valley address in the same.
The Relief Commissioner after listening the delegation assured them that the irregularities in the punching data base forms will be addressed which were put before him by the delegation.
The RRC also assured that the streamlining of the process will be made within two to three days. He further said that online verification for those residing outside the State would be implemented, making it easier for all to apply through App. He also issued directives to zonal offices to make integration more comfortable for those outside the UT in connection with employment and education purposes. The delegation was comprising of Sanjay Kumar, Ramesh Sopori , Hari Krishan Koul, and others.
Meanwhile Sunil Pandita a socio-political activist has expressed serious concern over prevailing water scarcity in Jagti township and appealed the RRC to issue immediate directives to concerned officers to restore the water supply in the township as people residing there are facing many hardships.
He also demanded that the work on bore well sanctioned already be started immediately.
