Leh, Sept 10: The Administration of Ladakh has approved the “Ladakh Motor Vehicle Scrapping Policy, 2025” with the aim of phasing out old and unfit vehicles.
The policy, approved by the Lieutenant Governor, seeks to promote road safety, reduce pollution, and encourage use of cleaner and fuel-efficient vehicles in the Union Territory.
