JAMMU, Sept 8: Neeraj Gupta Bakshi, Director General, Local Fund Audit & Pensions, J&K, has been appointed as the Inquiry Officer to inquire into the charges framed against Nusheen Mushtaq, Senior Instructor (FA/CAO), Accountancy Training Institute, Srinagar.
According to an order in this regard, issued today by the Finance Department, Neeraj Gupta Bakshi shall inquire into the charges framed against Nusheen Mushtaq and Babu Ram, Accounts Officer, Directorate General of Accounts & Treasuries, J&K shall be the Presenting Officer in the case.
