JAMMU, Aug 31: In an administrative decision aimed at ensuring uninterrupted judicial functioning, the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh has assigned the additional charge of the Court of Munsiff/Additional Special Mobile Magistrate, Bandipora, to the Munsiff, Gurez.
As per the order issued by the Registrar General of the High Court, the Munsiff of Gurez has been directed to hold the court at Bandipora for three days a week. To streamline judicial operations at both stations, the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Bandipora, has been entrusted with formulating the mode and manner of functioning.
