JAMMU, Aug 28: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has barred employees from availing routine leave in view of the prevailing situation.
In an order issued by the General Administration Department today, all Administrative Secretaries and Heads of Departments have been directed not to sanction leave of any kind, except under exceptional circumstances.
