JAMMU, Aug 25: Ladakh Administration has appointed the 2013 batch AGMUT cadre IAS officer Rahul Sharma as the new Chief Electoral Officer of the Union Territory.

The appointment was made following a notification issued by the Election Commission of India.
Rahul Sharma, presently serving as Administrative Secretary in the Ladakh Union Territory Administration, will take charge with immediate effect.
