SRINAGAR, Aug 20: The Indian Dental Association (IDA), J&K Chapter, launched the brochure for the 16th J&K Dental Conference.
The conference is scheduled to be held from October 17-19, 2025, at the Sher-i-Kashmir International Conference Centre (SKICC), here.
Themed “Bridging Research & Clinical Practice,” the three-day conference will bring together leading dental professionals, researchers, and students for an exchange of knowledge and innovation in dentistry.
The brochure was unveiled by Prof. Sandeep Kour Bali, Principal, Government Dental College, who assured full support for the event.
The ceremony was attended by eminent figures including Dr. Shabir Shah, Medical Superintendent, GDC, Dr. B. Ahmad, Ex-Registrar, State Dental Council, Dr. Rouf Jeelani, President, IDA J&K, Dr. Tanveer Khan, Honorary Secretary, IDA, Dr. A.M. Naqash, Conference Chairman, Dr. Abdul Latif Mattoo, Organising Chairman, Dr. Khalid Nazir, Organising Secretary, Heads of Departments of GDC, senior dental surgeons and students.
Dr. Mattoo welcomed the guests, while Dr. Nazir extended a vote of thanks.
The conference will feature keynote addresses by leading experts, scientific and clinical sessions, interactive panel discussions and hands-on workshops.
