JAMMU, Aug 20: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has nominated 15 officers, nine of them JKAS, to attend a daylong workshop on the RTI Act 2005 being organised by the Central Information Commission at J&K Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development Srinagar Campus on August 22.
