JAMMU, Aug 10: One individual was arrested with nine rolls of banned Chinese thread in Jourian area of Jammu district today.
Ashwani Kumar of Tehsil Jourian was arrested with nine rolls of the banned thread by a team of Police Post Jourian led by incharge Police Post concerned, a police official said.
According to him, the accused has been accordingly booked in case FIR number 139/2025 under section 223 of the BNS registered at Police Station Akhnoor and further investigation taken up.
